Back on Track – the Plan

I’m back on track, I think. I hope. That’s what it seems like, at least.

By the time this posts, I’ll have three other blog posts prepped (two of them are already drafted as I edit this quickie) as well as a recent essay and short story drafted, and I’ll be within a couple of added scenes of finishing the second draft of Big Hair Day in which hair figures less prominently than you might think is important from the title, but it does reference a particular time period that’s very relevant.

January and February have been weird in the real world, but life, uh, finds a way to interfere with everything you really want to get done.

So you have to find a way to do those things anyway.

I want to write. At some level, I actually think I need to.

And so I’m going to. Progress may be staggered or even stalled at times, but there are many stories still untold. The current plan remains a whole lot of editing and a little bit of drafting to get some stories out of my head and make sure I’m not going stale. Plus some essays and blogging, and a little journal work.

Lots to come.

Be well, everyone.
