    Cycling Again

    by In the summer of 2002, I was probably in the best shape of my life. Training for a mid-length Duathlon (Run-Bike-Run) with a 60 km bike leg. I didn’t expect to be very quick at it, but I expected to finish and not last in my age group. I’d built a solid running regime while training to get ready for my first marathon in the coming fall and my cycling was coming along nicely.
